All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for faulty items or those damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your item at email@example.com describing the reason for the requested refund/exchange with proof of purchase attached. We require that you return the damaged item to us, to be inspected for signs of damage. When your returned item is received, we will notify you of its receipt and advise whether the requested refund has been approved or rejected.
If an exchange has been requested, we will ship the replacement product immediately. If a replacement is not available, we will refund your purchase in full.
If a refund is requested and approved, a credit for the full price of your purchase will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is received. If you have been approved for a refund but have not received the credit after 7 business days, please do the following. Double check your bank statement, contact your credit card company, contact your bank. If the previous steps have been completed and you are still yet to receive your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. Korda Design will arrange a courier to pick up the item to be returned to us. If you have requested an exchange, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered to you may vary based on your location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Korda Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery confirmation is received from the delivery carrier. Upon inquiry, Korda Design will provide information related to the delivery such as the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
