Free delivery is offered to street addresses within 20 km of Sydney CBD by parcel courier (excluding express delivery).

Warranties

Please check that product deliveries include all necessary articles before signing for receipt of the consignment. Any damage to cartons must be noted when signing and photographed. Please see our refund policy for more information about damaged goods.

All products sold are warranted within Australia and New Zealand only. Notwithstanding statutory warranty obligations in both Australia and New Zealand, product warranties are valid for domestic use only, and apply to the original purchaser only.

For warranties to be valid, Korda Design must be notified within 7 days if there is any damage to the product, unless we are advised at the time of purchase that unboxing will occur at a specified reasonable later date, in which case that specified date will apply to the warranty cut-off for damaged products.

Shipping expenses are covered by warranty if we are able to conclusively establish that a part has a manufacturing defect or has failed due to a manufacturing defect.

Product warranties are voided by unauthorised alterations, product misuse or neglect.
